Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLES), is an anionic detergent and surfactant which removes dirt particles from clothing, dishes and our skin in daily life practice. When surfactant ( as like cleaning) used with water to make a soap solution foam, which give the ability of dirt removing. This process better known as emulsification and foam ability.

Working

• The mixing process of SLES (Sodium Laureth Sulfate) in water is done by the inline homogenizer with re-circulation loop system.
• Now, water is added into the tank and inline homogenizer is switched on, which allow the water to pass and recirculated in the tank.
• When the water circulation rate makes uniform in nature, then SLES is added in the tank very slowly. The SLES is pushed and crushed to the periphery of the work head and which helps to the crushed fine droplets of SLES is mixed with water very easily.
• For the perfect mixing, lots of passes are allowed through circulated pipe and the process continues till complete mixing.
• After the complete mixing, the product is taken out from the outlet at the bottom.
